        A. Under all plans the server software are updated every Saturday at 3 AM.


        Q. How are patches and service packs applied?

         A. Service packs and software updates are applied after we fully tests each one in the lab.  All
              updates are performed each Saturday at 3 AM or according to the customer’s
schedule.


       Q. Do we need an Internet connection?

         A. Yes – Infedo requires a broadband (DSL or Cable) or better connection

         Q. Do we need a disaster and recovery plan?
 
          A.  Infedo includes with the Gold package all the software need it to backup your server and
               workstations locally and remotely.
In the event of a disaster, such as theft or fire, Infedo can
               restore your existing server or PC within 1 hour.

          Q. If we accidentally delete a file, how will Infedo restore it?

         
A.  Simply call the Help Desk at 1-866-483-1841 and a support representative will restore it over
               the phone.

          Q. How does Infedo Network connect to my Network?

       A. Monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting your network does not need any changes to your
           Firewall or to any device on your network. If you subscribe to one of our Managed services
           plans, we install an agent on each device that we monitor and the agent will continually report to
           our Network Operation Center any changes or potential problems. Running maintenance or
           remote control of any of your device is done via the agent with a secure connection.
           If you are a pay per use Customer we use secured version of remote desktop software.

          Q. Do you have to come onsite to fix problems?

      A. 99% of Network and computer support is done remotely without the user intervention.
              This allow us to respond in minutes not hours to all your issues. Only time we have to come
              onsite is when you have an internet or hardware problem or you
              need us to perform physical duties like installing or relocating equipment.
              Our Gold plan includes a full day a month of onsite support.

    Q. What applications are you supporting?

      A. We support all Microsoft applications like Windows OS, Exchange, SQL, Office, etc

     Q. We use third party software, What if we have problems with?

       A. With our Gold Plan we are your complete IT solutions. If you have a valid support agreement
             with your vendor we will call them and troubleshoot the problem on your behalf. There is no
             need for you to get involved.

     Q. How's about dealing with IT related subscription that we have?

       A. We keep track all of your licenses renewal and we do it for you.

     Q. Do you keep track of all the changes done to our network? 

       A. Every support ticket that you create is done via a very sophisticate ticketing software that keep
           track
 of the entire work performed and at the end of the month you receive a report. Since we
           are an IT support company we need to properly document our customers networks. For that we
           build for each customer a site configuration manual that contain all the information need it to
           properly maintain the system. That include Network diagram, users name and password, Server
           and PC hardware and software configuration, licenses, Firewall configuration and so on. You will
           always have in hand a copy of the site configuration.

            Q. What if we decide to cancel the IT support service?

       
     
A. Infedo will simply terminate the service and remove the services from the server.
           
      Our intention is to make it very simple for you to enter or leave a managed service
                 engagement. We want you to use us to supplement your staff on your timeline, not ours.
